The Administrative Court in Stockholm is a modern and development-oriented workplace with engaged employees. About the Position

We are looking for court clerks who play the important role of working with administrative case management. At the Administrative Court, we have a centralized case office that includes departmental offices, registries, archives, and a switchboard. The case office employs court clerks, archivists, archive assistants, switchboard clerks, case managers, deputy case office managers, and the case office manager who has overall responsibility.

As a court clerk, your tasks will vary depending on where you work in the case office. This may include receiving and registering new cases and documents, sending documents, and calling parties to hearings in cases according to instructions from judges, as well as sending out judgments and decisions. You will have contact with individual parties and authorities in the cases, as well as with other functions within the court.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

  • Works solution-oriented in a sometimes fast-paced environment and can switch between different tasks.
  • Is structured and meticulous and has the ability to see the big picture.
  • Demonstrates good judgment by being responsible and professional.
  • Has excellent collaboration skills and interacts with others in an open and accepting manner.
  • Expresses themselves well in Swedish, both orally and in writing.

To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means that you uphold democratic values and the governmental values that guide the operations of Sweden's courts. Prior to employment, background checks may be conducted. 

We place great emphasis on your personal qualities and will therefore include testing as part of the recruitment process.
